Carrying great businesses forward.
Long Game Holdings is seeking to acquire and operate one exceptional established business—preserving what makes it special, caring for the people who built it, and continuing its legacy for the long term.
Selling a business is not only a financial decision. It is a decision about people, reputation, and what the business becomes in the next chapter.
One great business. A strong company that deserves the right next steward.
We are focused on established, profitable companies where strong operations, good people, and a durable market position provide the foundation for a thoughtful long-term transition.

Areas of Interest
What Matters
Profitability, customer loyalty, capable employees, a strong reputation, and an owner who wants the business and its people to be well cared for.
The right home for a business worth protecting.
Long Game Holdings is built around a simple idea: the best small businesses deserve an owner who sees the company not just as an asset, but as a legacy to be protected and strengthened.
Legacy Matters
Great businesses reflect years of work, relationships, and earned trust. We aim to honor that foundation and carry it forward with care.
Long-Term Orientation
We are building for years, not quarters. The objective is to own a business well and help it endure—not to engineer a quick exit.
Operator-Led
We bring hands-on experience scaling businesses, strengthening operations, developing teams, and leading organizations through growth and change.
Continuity for People and Customers
Employees, customers, and culture matter. We believe the next owner should be someone the founder can trust to preserve what makes the business special while guiding it into its next chapter.
Experienced operator. Practical leader. Long-term builder.
Brett Atkinson has spent more than 25 years leading, scaling, and transforming businesses across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and general management.
His career includes senior leadership roles with well-known household consumer food and beverage brands, where he has helped businesses navigate rapid growth, major capacity expansions, operating transformations, complex partner networks, and changing market conditions.
His operating style is practical and hands-on: understand the business, build a strong team, focus on what matters, and create the systems and capabilities that allow good companies to become even stronger over time.
Good businesses are built over decades. Succession should be approached the same way.
We believe in patience, discipline, curiosity, and respect for the people who built the business before us. The goal is not simply to acquire a company. It is to become the kind of successor an owner can trust—someone who will preserve what matters, improve what can be better, and leave the business stronger for the people who depend on it.
Looking for the right successor, not just the highest bidder?
We welcome conversations with owners, brokers, advisors, investors, and others who know exceptional businesses. If you care about continuity, stewardship, and what happens after closing, we would be glad to talk.
